Contacted Sega support (Relic website takes you there), who told me to verify the game cache, run the game in compatibility mode, and:ħ. Deleted the game and downloaded it again.Ħ. Checked that all my computer drivers were up to date.ĥ. Ran the game in compatibility mode (for several different versions of windows)Ĥ. I verified the integrity of the game cache (multiple times)Ģ. ![]() There are no error messages, it just doesn't start.ġ. Steam says that I've just played the game, but I haven't even seen a loading screen. I click on the game and steam puts up the "preparing to launch" window, then after a few moments it disappears and nothing happens. But, when I upgraded to Windows 10 it stopped working. I bought this game for me and a friend several months ago when I was still using Windows 8.1, and it worked fine.
